Under no circumstances will SoftwareLearn be subjected to any direct or indirect damage, penalty damages, casual, exceptional or resultant damage of any kind. This includes, without infringing the generality of the above, damages due to loss of use, loss of data or loss of profits resulting of an incapability to use the software or this web site, whether based on contract or damages, or on absolute warranty, and/or any other charge, even if SoftwareLearn or any of its representatives is informed of the possibility of such damage fees. Certain countries and jurisdictions do not comply with not being subjected to the limitation of incidental or casual damages or of thereof limitation - such a limitation may not imply in these cases. In any other case SoftwareLearn warranty will not exceed the sum of 50.00 USD.
